Q. How Much Does Shipping Cost?
A. Shipping rates are determined by size and weight of the shipment and generally start at $20.

Q. How Secure Is My Online Order?
A. Your order is secured using industry-leading data encryption and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for every transaction to ensure the safety and security of your order. The Growing Connection does not have access to any of your credit card information as this is all handled securely through Stripe.

Q. Do You Have A Return or Refund Policy?
A. Yes. We pride ourselves on curating only the best products for the discerning gardener. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us at within 30 days of purchase with your reason and we will issue you a full refund.

Q. Can I Change Or Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?
A. If your order has not yet been processed and shipped, please contact us to change or cancel your order. Changes or cancellations after orders have been processed and shipped are not available.
